Experience based learning
All programmes are based on experience based learning, designed with class teachers to:
- increase opportunities for pupils of all ages and abilities to experience animals and plants at first hand.
- offer a more ‘hands-on’ approach to learning through the natural world.
- provide children with the time and space to reacquaint themselves with nature, re-establishing the links that have become unfamiliar to current generations of children.
