Facility charges
The following charges are for 2008 (charges exclude VAT).
Hire of Building
- Day (9 am - 5 pm) - £110 ( no VAT)
- Half day (9 am - 12.30 pm or 1 - 5 pm) - £60
- Evening (7 - 10 pm) - £35
- Art/craft workshops open to others - 30% of total participants fee
A 50% discount may be allowed for voluntary organisations. All the above includes use of flip chart easle, tea and coffee making facilities.
Other Items
- Flip chart - £5 each
- OHP - £1 per hour of booked session
- AV projector - £4 per hour of booked session
- Slide projector - £1 per hour of booked session
- TV/VCR - £1 per hour of booked session
- Catering - from £4 to £12 per person for standard menus
